Area of Jurisdiction:
Comprised of the following Municipalities: Asingan, Balungao, Binalonan, Natividad, Pozorubbio, Rosales, San Miguel, San Nicolas, San Quintin, Sison, Sta. Maria, Sto. Tomas, Tayug, Umingan, Villasis and the city of Urdaneta. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the North, by Sison, San Miguel and Pozorubbio and bounded by Rosario, La Union and Tuba, Benguet; on the West by Pozorubbio, Binalonan, Urdaneta City and Sto. Tomas bounded by San Fabian, San Jacinto, Manaoag, Laoac, Malasiqui, Sta. Barbara, Mapandan and Alcala, Pangasinan; on the South, by Rosales, Balungao and Umingan, Pangasinan bounded by San Manuel, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija; on the East by San Quintin, Natividad, San Nicolas, Pangasinan bounded by Sta. Fe Nueva Vizcaya.
