Comprised of Alcala, Bautista, Bayambang, Calasiao, Dagupan City, Manaoag, Malasiqui, San Jacinto, Mapandan, Laoac, San Fabian, San Carlos City, Mangaldan, Sta. Barbara, Urbiztondo. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the west of Basista, going west to Urbiztondo, then going northeast to San Carlos City, then northward to Bayambang, then northeastward to Calasiao, then southwestward to Malasiqui, going east to Mapandan, then north west to Sta. Barbara, going north to Dagupan City, then southeastward to Manaoag, then going north to Mangaldan, then northeast to San Fabian, then going to south to San Jacinto, then going to the southernmost to Alcala, then going to northeast to Bautista up to Laoac.
