Area of Jurisdiction:
Comprised of Barangays, namely: San Rafael Village, North Bay Blvd. South, North Bay Blvd. North, Bagumbayan South, Bagumbayan North, Navotas East, Navotas West, Sipac, San Jose, Daanghari, San Roque, Tangos and Tanza. The Municipality of Navotas is bounded in the North by Binuwangan River and on the NE by Batasan River. Going South to the junction of Dampalit and Tiongkang River, extending Southward along Malabon-Navotas River, up to the stretch of C-4 Road and Navotas Channel. Along Mandaragit St., up to Martiniko St., traversing Southeast to EAST WEST SPINE ROAD and Southward along Dalagang Bukid St., bordering City of Kalookan extending to C-3 Road. The boundary traversing along ESTERO SUNOG APOG bordering the City of Manila going Southeast to the Perimerter of San Rafael Village, going West to the shores of Manila Bay. In the Northwest along Manila Bay to the junction of Binuwangan River bordering the Municipality of Obando, Bulacan.
